As Livestock Haven continues to grow, so does our need for smarter, more efficient facilities. The Smart Barn Upgrade Project represents our step toward blending traditional farming values with modern technology.

Our goal was to create a barn environment that automatically adapts to the needs of our animals — from the temperature in the stalls to the flow of fresh air and the timing of lighting cycles. We installed climate-control systems, smart fans, and automated feeding units designed to keep every section of the barn comfortable year-round.

To further enhance sustainability, we integrated solar panels to power barn lighting and water systems, significantly reducing energy costs. Our barns now feature smart cameras for real-time animal monitoring, helping farmers detect health or behavioral issues early.

The upgrade has transformed how we care for our animals — ensuring that every Boer goat, Angus cow, and Berkshire pig enjoys optimal living conditions. It also allows our team to focus more on animal welfare rather than manual maintenance.
